[L] Pgems for runes

I have ~60 pgems, using the price guide, looking to make them all into rune currency.

Ill give 50 for pul, 20 for lem, etc.

Totaling in 46 points for 37 pgems.

Creating the proportion 40/50 = x/46 shows that 46 points is ~37 pgems.
